About the Role
We’re seeking an Operations Data Analyst to support large-scale operational analytics initiatives within a fast-paced enterprise environment. This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in data analysis, reporting automation, dashboard development, and technical problem-solving who enjoys transforming complex datasets into actionable business insights.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end data analysis projects from intake through reporting and presentation of findings
• Build automated reporting routines and scalable data delivery processes
• Analyze operational data using statistical and analytical techniques to identify trends and insights
• Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI and related tools
• Support data extraction, cleansing, validation, and reporting accuracy across multiple systems
• Develop ad hoc analyses and operational reporting to support business decision-making
• Collaborate with analysts and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Utilize SQL and reporting tools to query, manipulate, and analyze large datasets
• Support process improvements and automation initiatives using Power Platform tools when applicable
Required Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business analytics
• Strong experience with Power BI
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including formulas, reporting, and data analysis
• Experience writing SQL queries and working with databases
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver accurate results in a deadline-driven environment
• Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Oracle, or Business Objects is a plus
