Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized, self-driven Security Manager to oversee operations within a corporate environment. This role requires strong leadership, administrative precision, and the ability to operate confidently within a structured corporate setting.
We are specifically seeking candidates with prior experience in executive assistance, operations coordination, or high-level administrative support, as this role requires discretion, communication skills, and strategic oversight.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement safety and security policies and procedures
- Create and monitor the security operations budget
- Hire, train, and supervise security personnel
- Understand the security needs of the organization
- Create and implement security procedures for specific events
- Review incident reports created by security personnel
- Resolve security breaches or incidents
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Security Manager or in a similar role
- Familiarity with security technology and equipment (cameras, alarms, etc)
- Understanding of best practices in security protocols
- Experience with emergency response planning
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and other computer applications
- High level of integrity and discretion
- Excellent leadership skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
