Are you passionate about real estate, customer service, and helping people find their perfect home? Rentyl Apartments is looking for a Leasing Consultant to join our dynamic team at Sentosa Lexington Oaks and Sentosa Epperson apartment communities.
What You'll Do:
- Convert leasing leads into scheduled tours through follow-up calls, emails, and texts
- Conduct engaging apartment tours that highlight community features and amenities
- Close leases and meet occupancy goals
- Build strong relationships with residents to support renewals and retention
- Use social media and digital platforms to promote the community and generate leads
- Work 3–4 weekends per month (with two weekdays off)
What We're Looking For:
- 1+ year of experience in apartment leasing, real estate sales, or customer service
- Strong communication skills (phone, email, and in-person)
- Social media savvy (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Familiarity with leasing software, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office
- Goal-oriented and motivated by commissions and performance bonuses
