Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Niles, Ohio, for a Parts and Service Specialist. In this role, you will work closely with our customers and third-party repair facilities to ensure emergency vehicles remain operational and in service.
Key responsibilities include troubleshooting issues, processing customer orders, and delivering excellent customer service. You will regularly coordinate with manufacturers, third-party repair facilities, and internal sales and service teams to support overall operations. Additional duties include handling incoming inquiries, resolving customer concerns, and collaborating with team members to ensure efficient and timely service.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to effectively assist clients and collaborate with the team
- Analytical Skills to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and ensure smooth operations
- Ability to efficiently handle inventory management and record-keeping
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or relevant experience will be considered advantageous
