Job Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Automotive Technician to join our growing team. As an Automotive Technician at DV8 Motorsports, you will play a critical role in assisting our customers with their aftermarket accessory needs by providing professional installation, maintenance, and repair services for a wide variety of vehicle models. Responsibilities:

Perform high-quality installations of aftermarket automotive accessories including suspension lifts, bumpers, wheels, tires, lighting, audio systems, and other custom parts.

Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with vehicles, ensuring proper functionality and customer satisfaction.

Conduct routine vehicle inspections to ensure the proper fitment and performance of aftermarket accessories.

Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth communication between customers, sales, and technicians.

Keep accurate records of all work performed and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

Follow all safety procedures and maintain compliance with all safety standards.

Ensure that all work is completed on time, to specifications, and within the highest quality standards.

Assist with the general maintenance of the shop and tools.
Requirements:
-
Proven experience as an automotive technician, preferably with experience in custom or aftermarket parts and accessories.

Knowledge of automotive systems, tools, and repair procedures.

Ability to perform installations on a variety of vehicle types (trucks, SUVs, cars, etc.).

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues.

Must have your own set of tools.

Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to work independently.

Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

High school diploma or equivalent; certification from an automotive technical school is a plus.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with suspension lifts, performance parts, lighting kits, audio systems, or similar aftermarket accessories.

ASE certification or equivalent is a plus.
