Senior Electrical Project Manager – Hospital Renovations
Location: Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex (projects throughout DFW)
Compensation: $130,000 – $150,000 annually (based on experience)
About the Role:
We’re seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Project Manager to lead hospital renovation, upgrade, and addition projects across the DFW area. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in commercial healthcare construction who can manage complex electrical scopes from preconstruction through closeout.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of electrical construction projects for hospital and healthcare facilities.
- Coordinate with clients, engineers, and general contractors to ensure project goals, budgets, and schedules are met.
- Oversee project teams, including project engineers, field staff, and subcontractors.
- Review drawings, specifications, and change orders to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Track project budgets, forecasts, and cost reports.
- Lead project meetings and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in electrical project management, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role.
- Proven experience managing hospital renovation or healthcare-related projects.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, NEC codes, and construction sequencing.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, etc.).
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
