Certs: BLS, IV Therapy Cert LVN must have IV Therapy Certification with a signed off skills checklist License: Compact or Texas LVN Experience: Must have 2 years of recent experience Must have at least 1 Year of Acute Care or Med Surg experience LTAC, ER, Skilled Nursing and/or Psych is a plus to succeed in this environment
