These individuals are on their journey to recovery from strokes, brain and spinal cord injuries, as well as other complex medical conditions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop comprehensive care plans.
• Regularly update care plans to reflect patient progress and needs.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team to ensure optimal patient care.
• Educate patients and their families about care processes and recovery strategies.
• Engage in quality and safety initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse license.
• Experience in rehabilitation nursing is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
