This role focuses on medical malpractice cases, requiring excellent communication abilities, analytical thinking, and a proactive approach to legal support. You will play a key role in managing case procedures, collaborating with clients and expert witnesses, and contributing to trial preparation. Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of case organization, including tracking key deadlines and maintaining accurate documentation.

• Draft and prepare legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery materials.

• Conduct thorough research to support case development and defense strategies.

• Coordinate with clients and expert witnesses to gather information and ensure smooth communication.

• Assist attorneys in trial preparation, including compiling exhibits and organizing case files.

• Analyze case details to identify critical information and provide thoughtful recommendations.

• Maintain and update case management software to ensure accurate and timely data entry.

• Collaborate with the legal team to ensure efficient workflow and effective case handling.

• Monitor and respond to legal deadlines to avoid any procedural issues.

• Provide support in civil litigation matters and medical malpractice defense.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a paralegal in medical malpractice.

• Proficiency in drafting legal documents and managing discovery processes.

• Strong familiarity with case management software and legal research tools.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently while maintaining collaboration within a team.

• Demonstrated analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Experience with trial preparation and supporting litigation activities.

• Knowledge of medical malpractice defense and related legal practices
