General Manager – Slick City Action Park (Woodbury, MN)

Full-Time | Salaried

Kelly Strategic Ventures (KSV)—owner of Minnesota’s first Slick City indoor slide park in Maple Grove—is seeking a visionary, hands-on General Manager to launch and lead our second Slick City location in Woodbury, MN.

As General Manager, you will be responsible for preparing the park for a late January 2026 Grand Opening and then driving daily operations, guest experience, and financial performance. With five additional Slick City parks in KSV’s development pipeline, including two more in Minnesota, this is a rare opportunity to grow your career within the fastest-growing franchise group in the entire Slick City system.

KSV is owned and operated by local entrepreneurs Mike and Annie Kelly, who will work closely with you to replicate the success of the Maple Grove flagship location.

Key Responsibilities

Park Operations & Safety

• Ensure the park is consistently clean, safe, and family-friendly

• Enforce park rules, industry standards, and sanitation protocols

• Oversee daily operations, including cash/sales control, inventory, parties, and open/close procedures

• Maintain full accountability for incidents, injuries, or operational issues—transparent reporting is essential

Team Leadership & Development

• Lead, motivate, and support the entire park team

• Train and grow Assistant Managers and team members through hands-on coaching

• Build a positive, safety-focused, guest-obsessed culture

• Conduct courageous conversations to drive improvement and accountability

Business Strategy & Results

• Manage and analyze park P&L statements

• Drive revenue growth across memberships, parties, groups, events, and repeat visits

• Deliver consistent, top-tier customer service

• Grow year-over-year traffic through community reputation and guest experience excellence

Collaboration & Communication

• Maintain open, honest, and timely communication with owners, managers, and staff

• Provide accurate, proactive reporting—good or bad

• Work collaboratively with KSV ownership to achieve operational and financial goals

Qualifications

• Prior General Manager experience highly preferred

• Demonstrated success leading teams and managing P&L performance

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree—or equivalent leadership experience

• 4+ years of management experience in customer-facing, operational, hospitality, retail, or entertainment environments
