Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Independent Civil Paralegal with a strong background in business litigation to assist with a specific case in Broward County. This engagement will involve close collaboration with counsel and will require precision, professionalism, and strong litigation support skills. Scope of Work: • Drafting and filing motions, responses, and supporting documents with the court. • Assisting with trial preparation, including organizing exhibits, witness lists, and trial binders. • Reviewing, summarizing, and organizing discovery materials. • Conducting legal research on issues relevant to the case. • Preparing timelines and case summaries to support counsel in court proceedings. • Coordinating with court clerks and ensuring compliance with filing requirements.
