<p>Job DescriptionWhat you will be doing:

<li>Manage and expand an existing portable book of business (minimum $500K required)</li>
<li>Serve as lead counsel on complex real estate matters and transactions</li>
<li>Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive continued revenue growth</li>
<li>Collaborate with other partners and practice groups across offices</li>
<li>Provide strategic legal advice on leasing, transactions, and real estate disputes</li>
<li>Support firm growth initiatives through business development efforts</li>
</ul>
<p>Experience you will need:
<ul>
<li>Current Partner-level attorney with an established practice</li>
<li>Minimum $500K portable book of business (required)</li>
<li>Industrial leasing (New Jersey focus required)</li>
<li>Commercial real estate transactions</li>
<li>NYC condo/co-op law (litigation experience preferred)</li>
<li>Proven track record of client development and revenue generation</li>
<li>Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills</li>
<li>Licensed and in good standing in relevant jurisdiction(s)</li>
