<li>Takes and records patients’ vital signs</li>
<li>Measures and records patients’ fluid intake and output.</li>
<li>Provides daily routine care such as bathing, dressing and feeding</li>
<li>Assists patients in active and passive range of motion, transferring, walking and turning</li>
<li>Performs all other tasks assigned by the Nursing Supervisor</li>
