Tips: Average team members earn $500+ per week in tips—top performers earn significantly more.
Hours: We pay a flat daily rate - most employees finish their work in just 6 hrs / day, meaning you get more time back while earning a full 8 hours of pay

As a Ceramic Coating Installer, you will:
Master the process of paint preparation and ceramic coating application through our paid training program.

Work Details
Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: Starts at $25/hr plus tips.
Time Off: Up to 15 days of paid time off available per year
Benefits: Depending on your state, benefits may include health coverage, 401(k), Worker's Compensation, TDI, and UI.
Tools & Materials: You will work with our exclusive MACH-10 Ceramic Coatings and top-of-the-line professional equipment.
Candidate Requirements:
•No experience needed – we provide paid training.
•Hardworking and comfortable working in the sun.
•Self-motivated, results-driven, and dependable.
•Must have reliable transportation (a truck or SUV is preferred).
•Must have a valid driver’s license for traveling to client sites.

•Follow and help refine processes to ensure consistent, industry-leading results.

Compensation Range: $75K - $100K
