Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Corrections Location: Valhalla NY Shift: 12-Hour Days
Contract: 13-Week Contract | Local &amp; Travel Accepted Hours: 36 per week
Rate: Up to $1,850.00 Gross Weekly + benefits available from day 1
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Active, unencumbered LPN license in New York</li>
<li>Minimum 1 year experience</li>
<li>Prior correctional experience required</li>
<li>Must be willing to work in a correctional facility environment</li>
<li>Must be able to work every other weekend</li>
</ul>
Certifications:
<ul>
<li>AHA BLS</li>
</ul>
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Provide nursing care to patients in a correctional healthcare setting</li>
<li>Administer medications and treatments as ordered</li>
<li>Perform assessments and monitor patient conditions</li>
<li>Document care provided accurately and efficiently</li>
<li>Collaborate with the healthcare team to support patient needs</li>
</ul>
