Qualifications:
- Valid Tennessee Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) License required
- Open to candidates with SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, and previous school-based SLP experience
- Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with teachers, staff, and families
- Ability to adapt strategies for individual student needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized and group therapy for PreK and Kindergarten students
- Evaluate, diagnose, and develop goals to address speech, language, and communication disorders
- Collaborate closely with educators, support staff, and parents for the benefit of each child
- Travel between assigned locations as part of the itinerant model
- Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance with required timelines
- Support a positive and inclusive classroom environment
