Looking to get started in real estate with real momentum? Schooner Bay Realty is ready to work with you.
We’re growing fast and have more high-quality leads than our current agents can manage. That means real opportunity for agents who want to hit the ground running with strong support and a proven system.

Here’s what makes us different:
- You won’t need to cold-call or chase leads. We provide a steady stream of prospects so you can focus on helping clients and closing deals.
- We offer real support from day one. Our managers and mentors are hands-on—ready to guide, answer questions, and help you promote your business.
- We handle the backend. That includes paperwork and admin so you can spend more time talking to clients and showing homes.
- Our training is real-world and focused on converting leads. Whether you’re brand new or just licensed, we’ll show you how to get results.
Who fits in here:
- You have an active real estate license and want to work full-time.
- You enjoy helping people and solving problems.
- You’re team-oriented. We share ideas, celebrate wins, and back each other up.
Your day-to-day here:
- Follow up with leads to keep things moving.
- Learn what your clients need and use that to guide your approach.
- Run clear, confident consultations to support buyers and sellers.
- Show properties and work closely with interested buyers.
- Track deals from start to finish and keep things on course.
- Grow your network by staying visible and consistent.
- Stay informed about your local market so you can speak with confidence.
To succeed here, you’ll need:
- An active real estate license.
- Basic tech skills and a willingness to learn new systems.
- Clear communication. You’ll be talking with clients and handling negotiations.
- A strong work ethic and the ability to stay motivated.
