Start your automotive career with us! We're hiring Lube Technicians to join our team in South Charleston. This entry-level role is designed to introduce you to our service standards, procedures, and customer-first philosophy. With full training provided, you'll be on track to become a Certified Technician within 45 days of hire.

What You’ll Do:

• Learn and perform Full-Service Oil Changes

• Assist with routine maintenance: oil changes, filter replacements, fluid top-offs

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace

• Communicate clearly with teammates to ensure smooth operations

• Deliver fast, friendly, and professional service to every customer

• Complete Rally Point training modules to become a Certified Technician

• Support and mentor new team members as you grow
