A well-established law firm in Sacramento is seeking a skilled Litigation Paralegal with 5+ years of experience in complex litigation, including civil, labor & employment, or real estate matters. If you're a detail-oriented professional with trial experience and a passion for litigation support, we'd love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities:
- Support attorneys through all phases of litigation, including discovery, trial prep, and courtroom assistance
- Draft subpoenas, prepare and manage exhibits, coordinate with witnesses, and handle trial logistics
- Conduct legal research and manage large volumes of case documents efficiently
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in complex litigation
- ABA-approved paralegal certificate or bachelor's degree with an attorney declaration required
- Trial experience strongly preferred; unlawful detainer experience is a plus
