Location: Embassy Suites La Jolla, San Diego
Pay Range: $21 - $21 hourly (Non-exempt)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Front Desk Agent to join our team and be the first point of contact for our guests. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be detail-oriented, and possess strong communication abilities.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in a customer service role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check guests in and out, process payments, and provide receipts
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and make reservations
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Assist guests with requests and resolve any issues or complaints
- Keep track of room availability and room assignments
