Test Engineer | Norton Shores, MI
Salary Range: $71,000 - $108,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute test plans and procedures for manufactured products.
- Design and build test fixtures, jigs, and automated test equipment.
- Analyze test data, identify root causes of failures, and recommend corrective actions.
- Document test results, report findings to engineering and production teams, and maintain test records.
- Perform incoming inspection and testing of components and raw materials.
- Conduct process capability studies and statistical process control (SPC) analysis.
- Collaborate with design and manufacturing engineers to ensure product testability and manufacturability.
- Troubleshoot and repair test equipment and systems.
Recommended Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience with test automation frameworks and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Selenium, TestStand).
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes and quality control methodologies.
- Knowledge of hardware/software integration testing and system validation.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools for test results.
- Ability to develop and execute test plans and test cases.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with PLC programming and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with statistical process control (SPC) methodologies
- Knowledge of Six Sigma or Lean manufacturing principles
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Minitab, Tableau)
- Experience with automated test equipment (ATE) setup and maintenance
