Job Type: Full-time, W-2 Company Driver
Estimated Weekly Pay: ~$1,430-$1625/week (+ Quarterly Bonus
Pay & Revenue Details
- Base Mileage Pay: $0.65 CPM
- Weekly Mileage: 2,200-2,500 miles ( round trip, 4 times per week)
- Quarterly Bonus: Additional $0.05 CPM on all paid miles upon reaching 27,000 miles in a quarter (~$1,350 extra payout every 3 months)
- Status: W-2 Company position (No Lease Purchase on this lane)
Route & Schedule
- Lane: Dedicated point-to-point round trip between Piedmont, SC and Chillicothe, OH
- Freight: Manufacturing components; pre-loaded with empty return racks or paid backhauls
- Home Time: Home weekly for resets
- The Advantage: Lock in a guaranteed, repeatable routine running the exact same lane 4 days a week while stacking high CPM miles and safety/production bonuses.
Qualifications
- Active Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A)
- Minimum 6 months of verifiable Class A tractor-trailer experience
- Valid DOT Medical Card
