???? Flexible Hours and Pay: $15–$19 per hour, based on experience.
????️ Free YMCA membership upon hire.
Not certified? Strong swimmers can receive American Red Cross lifeguard certification fully reimbursed by the YMCA of Greater Richmond.
Requirements

CPR, AED, First Aid, and American Red Cross or Ellis Lifeguard certification preferred (training available)
