What You'll Do
As a Line Cook, you’ll be at the heart of our kitchen, ensuring every piece of chicken meets our famous standards. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and frying chicken to perfection while following our recipes and quality standards.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment.
- Monitoring food temperatures and ensuring food safety compliance.
- Assisting team members with additional kitchen prep and tasks as needed.
- Lifting and handling supplies or equipment up to 50 lbs.
