Role Overview
Were looking for a hands-on IT Support Specialist to keep our small team running smoothly. The role mixes on-site work for hardware and network tasks with remote support during the week. Youll be the go-to person for everyday tech issues, small infrastructure fixes, and user support across our Microsoft based environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and support Windows 11, Microsoft Office, and key business applications
- Provide day-to-day IT support to a team of about 10 people
- Monitor and maintain basic infrastructure: network, UPS, printers, smartphones
- Handle laptop setups, updates, and troubleshooting (hardware/software)
- Offer level 12 support for applications such as SAP B1 and Salesforce
- Track and report recurring issues to help improve reliability
- Work together with the IT Corporate team to implement Corporate level initiatives
Background and Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of on-site IT support experience
- 3+ years working directly with Windows 11 and Microsoft Office environments
- Good experience with network infrastructure and printer support
- Basic understanding of data backup or cybersecurity practices
- Comfortable supporting business applications at user level (SAP B1, Salesforce)
- Clear communicator with a practical, problem-solving mindset
- Friendly and approachable, with a focus on getting things done
