Mobile Analyst
Location: Hybrid – Vienna, VA (Onsite 3 days/week)
Pay: W2 with 56 hours PTO – $40–$45/hr
Experience: 1–5 years
Summary
The Mobile Analyst plays a key role in supporting enterprise mobility operations across the organization. This position manages the full mobile device lifecycle, ensures compliance and security, and provides expert-level support using platforms such as Microsoft Intune, Apple Business Manager, and Apple Configurator. The role also delivers high-touch, responsive support to executive leadership and contributes to mobility-related projects and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Device Management & Enrollment
- Configure, enroll, and manage devices through Microsoft Intune, Apple Business Manager, and Apple Configurator.
- Support declarative device management and iOS pilot updates.
- Properly release purchased devices from Apple Business Manager to maintain compliance.
Compliance & Security
- Monitor, remediate, and report non-compliant devices in Intune according to corporate policy.
- Perform audits, IMEI verification, and mobile risk assessments.
- Manage lost/stolen device procedures and maintain accurate documentation.
Executive Support
- Provide high-touch, customer-focused mobility support to executive leadership.
- Ensure executive devices are securely configured, updated, and fully operational.
- Respond promptly to escalated or urgent mobile support needs.
Project & Operational Support
- Participate in enterprise upgrade efforts, device shipments, and ownership tracking.
- Contribute to mobility-related initiatives and pilot programs.
Administration & Reporting
- Review and route ServiceNow catalog requests and incident tickets.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly compliance and inventory reports.
Technical Expertise & Training
- Provide guidance on mobile security tools, MFA setup, and secure device practices.
- Stay current on Intune and Apple mobility technologies; assist with internal training.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, Apple Business Manager, and Apple Configurator.
- Background in compliance audits, enterprise mobility management, and risk assessments.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow for ticketing and asset management.
- Excellent mobile troubleshooting and diagnostic capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to deliver exceptional executive-level support.
Preferred Qualifications

- Microsoft Mobility & Security
- Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate
- Apple Device Management or ACMT
- Experience supporting corporate executive leadership.
- Knowledge of mobile security best practices and compliance frameworks.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, non-technical language.
- Familiarity with mobile app deployment, VPN solutions (e.g., GlobalProtect), and advanced iOS troubleshooting.
