What You’ll Be Doing:

• Handle day-to-day maintenance issues across the apartment complex: plumbing, electrical, appliances, painting, drywall, and more
• Complete work orders and assist with unit turnovers (getting apartments move-in ready)
• Troubleshoot and resolve repair issues quickly and efficiently
• Ensure the property stays clean, safe, and resident-ready

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in residential maintenance, preferably in apartments, hotels, or private homes.
• Possession of personal hand tools and a drill, to be brought to the site daily for use.
• Reliable transportation and a collaborative team mentality are essential.
• Ability to handle physical workloads and adapt to various maintenance tasks.
