Lewiston Senior Living – Assisted Living & Memory Care
Lewiston, MN | Full-Time or Part-Time | AM, or PM, or NOC Shift | Entry-Level
Pay Range: $16.00–$18.00/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Multiple Shifts Available! 6AM - 2PM, or 2PM - 10PM, or 10PM - 6AM. All shifts include every other weekend and holiday rotation.

What You’ll Do:
As a Resident Assistant, you’ll provide hands-on support to residents, helping ensure safety, comfort, and well-being. You’ll:
- Assist with personal care routines (as needed)
- Provide companionship and monitor resident safety overnight
- Help with light housekeeping and dietary tasks
- Respond to resident needs with patience and care
- Support a positive, respectful living environment
You’ll be part of a caring team that makes a real impact on residents’ lives—even in the quietest hours.What You’ll Bring:
- Previous experience in healthcare or caregiving (preferred)
- A compassionate, team-oriented mindset
