Contract Administrator – Real Estate, Ground up Construction

📍 Location: Hollywood, FL | 🏗 Full-Time

Position Overview

UBR GROUP is seeking a highly organized and experienced Contract Administrator professional to manage a broad range of legal and administrative tasks essential to the company’s operations. This role includes drafting and reviewing subcontractor agreements, real estate purchase and sale contracts, insurance agreements, and other key legal documentation, while also supporting general business administration.


Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and manage a variety of contracts and legal documents

• Oversee documentation and compliance for real estate transactions

• Assist in managing and renewing insurance agreements

• Handle daily administrative duties and support overall office management

• Work collaboratively with internal teams including project managers, architects, engineers, and developers

• Assist with public relations and internal communications as needed

• Mentor junior staff members and contribute to process improvement initiatives

• Review and coordinate the permitting process across multiple projects

• Provide consistent updates to the UBR team with detailed documentation, including reports


Qualifications

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years in Contract Administrator and administrative support role

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Education & Authorization

• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Contract Management, or any related discipline relevant to contract administration.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States
