Radiant Home Care is expanding into Centre County, and we’re hiring dependable and compassionate Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to support clients in the comfort of their homes.

This position will officially begin at the end of June 2025, and we will begin orientation and onboarding the last week of May. If you're a caregiver who likes to plan ahead and wants to be part of a growing, supportive agency — this is the perfect opportunity.

What You’ll Do:

Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
Provide light housekeeping and laundry support
Prepare simple, nutritious meals
Help with mobility and transfers
Offer companionship and supervision
Give medication reminders

Requirements:

A heart for caregiving and strong reliability
Recent TB test (or willingness to obtain one)
Two forms of valid ID
Ability to pass a background check
Reliable transportation
