I am a sole practitioner practicing personal injury law. I am in need of a full time paralegal with at least five years experience. A requirement is to know how to perform all of the work involved in a personal injury case including opening a file, identifying claim information, obtaining and submitting medical records and liens, filing any lawsuits that cannot be settled and discovery. Full knowledge of all needed computer skills pertaining to administering a case from beginning to end is a requirement. This is a stress less job with no need to ever work nights or weekend.
