Overview of Role - This individual will play a key role in accurately preparing estimates for residential and commercial
projects, ensuring that proposals align with customer needs and company standards.
Must Haves -
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- At least a year of experience
- MUST understand the window and door installation terminology (Store front, Pivot doors etc)
- ES Windows software is Required
- AutoCAD experience is a Plus
Onsite in Brickell office
Comp/Bonus/Benefit Info - $65K-70K
2% bonus on operational profits
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare detailed estimates for impact windows and doors using ESW software.
• Collaborate with sales, project management, and installation teams to develop
accurate and competitive quotes.
• Review architectural and technical drawings, including AutoCAD files, to ensure
precise measurements and project specifications.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, materials, and pricing trends.
• Support both residential and commercial projects, balancing the workflow
(approximately 60% residential, 40% commercial).
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and process optimization.
• Communicate effectively with clients to clarify project requirements and provide
exceptional service.
Qualifications:
• 1 + years of experience as an estimator in the impact windows and doors
industry.
• Proficiency in ESW estimating software (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of both residential and commercial projects.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
