• Monitor vital signs, record patient data, and report changes to the nursing staff

• Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control policies and procedures

• Provide emotional support and comfort to patients, their families, and caregivers

Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation

• Monitor and report patient pain, temperature, and other vital signs

• Assist with feeding, hydration, and nutrition needs

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

• Participate in patient care conferences and care planning meetings

Requirements:

• Currently certified as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• 0 years of experience in a healthcare setting (we welcome new graduates and those looking to start their career in healthcare!)
