Job Description Apex Placement & Consulting is seeking a dependable and organized Warehouse Clerk to support daily shipping, receiving, inventory, and warehouse operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in warehouse operations, logistics, or inventory. Previous warehouse experience is not required; however, strong computer skills and/or previous data entry experience are required. What’s in it for you:

Responsibilities:
- Enter and maintain accurate inventory, shipping, and receiving information in the computer system.
- Process shipping and receiving paperwork and documentation.
- Receive incoming materials and verify quantities against paperwork.
- Prepare shipping labels and documents.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Update inventory records and report discrepancies.
- Scan, label, and organize materials.
- Assist with shipping, receiving, and staging orders.
- Communicate with drivers, warehouse employees, and other departments.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure information is entered correctly.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Strong computer skills are required.
- Previous data entry experience is highly preferred.
- Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, inventory, or manufacturing experience is a plus but not required.
- Comfortable learning new computer systems and software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic math and record-keeping skills.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift as needed in a warehouse environment.
- High school diploma/GED preferred.
