OB/GYN Physician – Coastal Carolina Access | Loan Repayment
Carolinas Border Region | Full-Time | Hospital Employed
HealthYes Staffing Network is recruiting a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible OB/GYN Physician for a permanent hospital-employed opportunity in the North Carolina border region, inland from the Grand Strand.
This position combines the professional stability of hospital employment with a growing women’s health program, limited weekend call, recruitment incentives, and access to the beaches and lifestyle destinations of the coastal Carolinas.

Clinical Scope
The incoming physician will provide full-scope obstetric and gynecologic care, including:
- Prenatal and postpartum care
- Routine and higher-risk obstetric management
- Labor-and-delivery coverage
- Vaginal and cesarean deliveries
- Preventive and routine gynecologic care
- Evaluation and treatment of acute and chronic gynecologic conditions
- Gynecologic procedures and surgery
- Inpatient and outpatient consultations
- Shared weekday and weekend call
- Collaboration with physicians, Certified Nurse Midwives, advanced practice providers, nursing staff, and hospital-based specialists
- Patient and family education
- Accurate and timely clinical documentation
Practice Support
The women’s health program includes experienced clinical professionals, midwifery support, an advanced-practice provider, nursing personnel, and a modern labor-and-delivery environment.
The organization is actively expanding physician coverage to meet regional demand and strengthen access to comprehensive women’s healthcare.
Qualifications
- MD or DO degree
- Completion of an accredited Obstetrics and Gynecology residency
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Eligible for unrestricted North Carolina medical licensure
- Strong obstetric and gynecologic clinical judgment
- North Carolina License
- Appropriate surgical experience
- Collaborative and patient-centered approach to care
Compensation and Recruitment Incentives
Compensation is negotiable and determined according to experience, training, scope, and productivity.
