About the Role:TEO BIA Corp in New Hyde Park, NY is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Server to join our team! If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love creating memorable dining experiences, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staff
- Deliver food and drinks to tables in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain thorough knowledge of the menu, including daily specials and allergen information
- Check in with guests throughout the meal to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
- Process payments accurately, including cash, credit, and POS transactions
- Keep tables, service stations, and dining areas clean and properly set
Requirements:
- Previous serving or food service experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume environment
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with a guest-first mindset
- Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must meet minimum age requirements for serving alcohol where applicable
