The Situation:
We have an abundance of inbound leads that exceed our current capacity — from Zillow, Realtor, Homes.com, PPC, sign calls, referrals, and past clients. We need dedicated professionals to step in and convert these leads.
We are not seeking part-timers or those testing the waters for a short period.
We are looking for closers — individuals aiming for a six-figure business, ready to engage, receive coaching, and put in the effort.
