Job Description
PRIMARY FUNCTION: The Automotive Technician is responsible for performing warranty and non-warranty inspections, diagnostic, maintenance, and repair service on various vehicle makes and models.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION/DUTIES:
<ul>
<li>Correctly troubleshoot customer concerns using the latest administrative and technical tools provided</li>
<li>Keep up to date with all technical publications, Service Comm, and Asist terminal operations</li>
<li>Address all original customer concerns before moving onto additional sales </li>
<li>Participate in any Factory, or in-house sponsored training programs offered to you</li>
<li>Complete all paperwork completely and correctly, then ensure all required shop forms are attached to the RO hard copy</li>
</ul>
MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE/EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: 
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent, Technical or Trade school degree preferred</li>
<li>ASE certification is preferred </li>
<li>Knowledge of manufacturers’ repair processes.</li>
<li>Must maintain a valid state driver’s license </li>
<li>Valid State Inspection preferred</li>
</ul>

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORK ENVIRONMENT: 
<ul>
<li>Extended periods of kneeling, bending, squatting and stooping to complete or inspect repairs.</li>
<li>Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times. </li>
