Mid to Senior Real Estate Associate or Counsel- Hybrid

Job Description

Lateral Link is working closely with a boutique commercial real estate firm based in Westchester County, NY that is actively hiring a mid and senior-level associate or counsel to join its team. The firm works on sophisticated office, retail, medical, industrial, hotel, and multi-family residential real estate transactions, including, acquisitions, sales, leasing, financing, construction, property management, brokerage and related matters, often across from big law.

Pay is competitive ($200k+ and commensurate with experience/any book) and is a good trade-off for work-life balance. There is no billable hour requirement and the right candidate can even work remotely. The firm is invested in its attorneys' professional and business development and entrepreneurial candidates are encouraged.

The ideal candidate will be able to be handed a deal and negotiate/run with it on their own. NY or FL bar preferred.
