As a Real Estate Agent with The Cannon Team, you will:


  1. Diligent Lead Follow-Up: Consistently follow up with leads across all channels to maximize every sales opportunity.
  2. Nurture Client Relationships: Build meaningful connections that generate long-term referrals and repeat business.
  3. Conduct Buyer and Seller Consultations: Deliver insightful consultations that match clients with the right properties and solutions.
  4. Host Open Houses: Represent our listings through engaging open houses that attract motivated buyers.

Qualifications we're looking for:
