We are a fast-growing real estate investment company based in Florida looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) acquisitions specialist & closer.
This is a hybrid role where you will follow up on offers sent, negotiate with listing agents and property owners, and help close deals.
You will act as the company’s voice in English, communicating directly with agents and sellers, while reporting internally in Spanish.
This is a high-performance, commission-driven role ideal for someone with strong sales skills who wants to earn based on results.
Responsibilities:
- Follow up on offers sent (calls, texts, emails)
- Negotiate with listing agents and property owners
- Identify motivated sellers and opportunities
- Push negotiations to closing
- Provide daily updates and reports in Spanish
- Track all conversations and deal progress
Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Spanish (REQUIRED)
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Comfortable making high-volume calls daily
- Sales or real estate experience preferred
- Highly motivated and results-driven
Compensation:
- $500 monthly base
- High commission per closed deal (10% – 20%)
- Potential to earn $5,000 – $15,000+ per month
