Compensation:
$150,000 at plan commission
Responsibilities:
- Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood
- Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure growth for our business
- “Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers
- Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal
- Consistently reach out and follow-up with leads to grow sales opportunities
Qualifications:
- Self-motivation and drive
- Show good organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills
- Technology driven
- Willingness to obtain a real estate license within 60 days if not already licensed.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring trust and satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding goals, demonstrating strong drive and commitment to success.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients and team members.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, embracing collaboration to achieve common goals.
- Highly organized with strong time management skills.
