Job DescriptionProject Coordinator - Digital Operations
The Position:
Censeo is seeking a Project Coordinator to support digital operations and RegTech client initiatives. This role will focus on managing intake, coordinating website updates, supporting customer-facing services, and driving operational improvements across multiple workstreams.
This position plays a critical role in ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of digital content updates, stakeholder communications, and customer support services. The Project Coordinator will also provide surge support during periods of high demand, contribute to cross-functional projects, and collaborate with stakeholders across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage intake, tracking, and execution of website update requests
- Use content management systems (CMS), including tools like Wagtail, to publish and update website content
- Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and consistency of all content updates
- Participate in daily standups and regular stakeholder meetings
- Develop client deliverables, including monthly reports and operational summaries
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Develop and maintain reporting to track operational performance and user experience metrics
- Perform quality assurance reviews to ensure high-quality outputs
- Document and standardize processes to improve clarity and efficiency
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including senior-level personnel
- Provide surge support during high-volume periods and staff absences
- Support special projects and ad hoc initiatives across teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery
- Triage, respond to, and document incoming inquiries from external stakeholders
- Use CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to manage cases and escalate complex issues as needed
- Support development of biweekly and monthly reports
- Analyze user trends and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement
- Participate in team and client meetings
- Provide administrative and operational support, including presentations, documentation, and audits

Required Qualifications:
- BA/BS with strong academic background
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Customer service mindset with strong stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience with content management systems (CMS)
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce or similar)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Experience with data analysis and reporting
- Exposure to Agile methodologies
Additional Qualifications
- Experience supporting digital products or website operations
- Familiarity with process documentation and workflow improvement
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Experience working in regulated or public sector environments is a plus

The Location:
Censeo Consulting Group is based in Washington D.C., a fantastic city for working professionals. We work in a hybrid setting with flexibility to work from home and work in our office conveniently located in the heart of downtown, just a few blocks away from the White House. And with many of our clients also based in D.C., we have the luxury of leaving for a meeting and being back in the office in time for post-work happy hours, team dinners, and game nights.
The Fine Print:
- The salary range for this role is $50,000 - $72,000 depending on experience
- Expected travel 0-10%; may increase based on business needs
- This is an exempt, full-time position
- This role is subject to a hybrid or remote work schedule
- Essential Physical Functions
- Sitting: Particularly for sustained periods of time
- Light Carrying: Physically transporting items weighing less than 15 pounds from one location to another
