This position plays an essential role in supporting the daily operations of our funeral home—ensuring all administrative tasks are completed accurately, efficiently, and with the highest level of professionalism. The Administrator will work closely with the General Manager and service staff to maintain smooth office operations and provide exceptional service to families.Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations, including data entry, answering phones, greeting families, and coordinating service schedules.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records, documentation, and correspondence.
- Coordinate with funeral directors and staff to ensure timely completion of service arrangements.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Support management with reports, communications, and other administrative tasks as needed.
- Ensure the office environment remains organized, professional, and welcoming.

- Strong organizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer systems.
