Job Summary

The IT Support Analyst I is responsible for providing hands-on technical support for computer systems, hardware, software, and network infrastructure across the organization. This role supports daily IT operations by installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and upgrading systems while delivering excellent customer service to end users. The IT Support Analyst I works closely with the PACS Administrator and IT Manager and may travel to various company locations as needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain computer hardware, operating systems, and business software.

  • Assemble and configure computers, monitors, printers, scanners, network equipment, and other peripherals.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, email, network, and peripheral issues.

  • Provide technical assistance to users and act as a resource for resolving equipment and data-related problems.

  • Support a centralized help desk and coordinate with outsourced IT providers when necessary.

  • Train users on standard business applications and provide written documentation as needed.

  • Maintain accurate records of IT assets, repairs, installations, and removals.

  • Assist with planning, researching, and implementing new or upgraded IT systems.

  • Recommend hardware and software solutions based on user and business needs.

  • Manage IT-related ordering, shipping, receiving, inventory tracking, and local courier coordination.

  • Travel to company locations to support IT setup, installations, relocations, and maintenance.

  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive and proprietary information.

  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.

  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in computer installation, maintenance, and repair, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Valid Florida Class E driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.

  • Ability to travel between company locations as needed.

Knowledge & Skills

  • Knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking systems, and peripherals.

  • Familiarity with business and administrative software applications.

  • Understanding of current technologies related to networks, applications, and telecommunications.

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal teams and vendors.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to work in an office environment and use standard office equipment.

  • Ability to lift and carry equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.

  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks as needed.

  • Vision and hearing sufficient to read screens and communicate effectively.

Work Environment

  • Primarily office-based with frequent interaction with staff.

  • Occasional evening or weekend work may be required.

  • Travel to multiple locations may be necessary.
