Job DescriptionWe are seeking a 2nd Shift Maintenance Supervisor to lead shop floor operations in a fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment. This role reports to the Manufacturing Superintendent/Plant Manager and is responsible for ensuring production runs safely, efficiently, and on schedule.This is a hands-on leadership position requiring strong floor presence, team coaching, and real-time problem solving to support safety, quality, delivery, and morale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support 2nd shift maintenance and production operations
- Assign daily work based on production demands and team strengths
- Provide hands-on troubleshooting and process support
- Drive safety compliance and machine safeguarding standards
- Lead root cause analysis and continuous improvement efforts
- Train, coach, and develop team members
- Support quality systems and audit requirements (IATF/ISO environment)

- Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles
- Proven ability to motivate teams and improve performance
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
