<li>Knowledge of IPC J-STD-001 (Requirements for Soldered Electrical and Electronic Assemblies) is a plus</li>
<li>Previous assembly experience is preferred&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions</li>
<li>Basic computer skills for inventory management and documentation</li>
<li>Experience with hand and power tools</li>
<li>Understanding of decimals and fractions</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail</li>
<li>Previous experience solder tinning wire is a plus</li>
</ul>
 Shifts:
<ul>
<li>Monday- Friday</li>
<li>Flexible start time between 5:30 AM -8:00 AM</li>
<li>8hours shift, 40 hours per week</li>
<li>OT as needed&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
