Job DescriptionDirect Support Professional (DSP) – Part Time

???? Philadelphia, PA (32nd Street)

Schedule:

  • Tuesday: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

  • Saturday: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Position Summary

Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) provide supervision and hands-on support to individuals with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities and behavioral health needs in community-based residential settings. DSPs support daily living skills, community integration, and person-centered goals while ensuring safety and dignity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support individuals per person-centered ISP

  • Assist with daily living activities (meals, hygiene, toileting)

  • Administer medications (as trained)

  • Provide transportation and support community integration

  • Complete required documentation

  • Collaborate with clinical and residential staff

  • Perform other assigned duties

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required (Associate’s/Bachelor’s preferred)

  • Prior human services experience preferred

  • Basic computer skills

  • Valid driver’s license

  • Background clearances required
