What You'll Be Doing
As a Team Leader with The Kollective, your focus is simple:
- Continue selling real estate with leads provided and your own sphere
- Recruit agents who fit your culture
- Coach and develop agents into top producers
- Help your team convert more business
- Grow a profitable real estate business that isn't dependent on just your production
You won't be building from scratch.
We've already built the systems. You focus on growing people.

Multiple Income Streams
Unlike a traditional real estate team, your income isn't limited to the homes you personally sell.
You'll earn through:
Your Own Sales
- Continue selling real estate while receiving qualified leads.

- Closes 15-35+ transactions annually
- Holds an active real estate license (PA, NJ, DE, and/or MD)
