A highly successful Florida real estate developer with master planned communities and mixed-use projects across the state is seeking a seasoned real estate attorney for its Punta Gorda office. This is a senior-level, hands-on legal role responsible for independently managing a substantial portion of the Company’s day-to-day legal work, with a primary focus on Florida commercial and residential real estate development. Ideal candidates will have 8+ years of experience at a law firm or company, handling corporate and real estate transactions, contracts, construction, permitting, governance, and management of outside counsel. There is significant growth potential within the company, and the compensation package includes a competitive base and annual bonuses.
